Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable.

If you do not find a perfect puppy  for your family in the litter, or if we do not have the color or gender you desire, you can simply transfer the deposit to a future litter.

By placing a deposit, you accept and understand the Deposit terms in its entirety.

Your receipt in the form of a order confirmation and/or receipt will serve as the binding contract regarding the terms of the deposit.
